Pitcrew BBQ School - Xmas Edition
Come learn the secrets behind curing and smoking all the Xmas favourites before the big day. In this two hour class you will learn to prepare, cure and smoke ham, bacon and poultry so that you can be the hero of lunch on Xmas big day.
We will also be sharing our famous ham glaze recipe & advanced tips for those looking to take on whole birds.
